We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simply improving our website, we track the anonymous movements with Google Analytics. We can’t retrace who exactly you are – only the common data Google Analytics provides. Even if you register via e-mail address to receive the newsletter, we can’t link your address to your behaviour on our website.

So, if you wish to receive our newsletter, we store your e-mail address only for the reasons for receiving our newsletter. Which you’re free at any time to ask us for deletion.

Web analysis

As said before, our website uses the functions of the web analytics service provider Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The generated information is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded an appropriate contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately (e. g. by deleting the last 8 bits) pseudonymised. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses of google.com

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (agreement) and/or f (entitled interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (justifiable interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data are pseudonymised.

The user data is stored for the duration of the framework offered by the web analytics provider, but at least 36 months.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we need your e-mail address and by clicking “OK” the declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the e-mail address indicated in the e-mail. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with sending the newsletter. The user data is stored for the duration of the framework offered by the web analytics provider, but at least 36 months.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
